Two Regis Professors Receive Research Grants

Two Regis College professors have been awarded grants administered by the Association of Theological Schools of the United States and Canada on behalf of the Lilly Foundation.

Professor John Dadosky will receive a Research Expense Grant to support his project: "Image to Insight: the Contemporary Icons and Images of Rev. William Hart McNichols." The research will be carried out during the summer of 2012.

Professor Gill Goulding CJ will receive a Theological Scholars Research Grant to support two research projects: “Jesuit and Ignatian, Congruent or Confrontational,” an exploration of Ignatian influence on Jesuit theologians and an examination of the theological complementarities in the work of Bernard Lonergan and Hans Urs von Balthasar with a particular emphasis on the Trinity. The research will be conducted during the January 2013 session.

Congratulations to Professors Dadosky and Goulding.
