On the morning of Sunday, March 17th, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., we will celebrate Artists’ Lauds (Morning Prayer).
Since the College’s move to its present location at 100 Wellesley Street, the annual Artists’ Liturgy has been celebrated on March 19th, the solemnity of Joseph Husband of Mary, who is patron of our chapel of Saint Joseph and patron of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Toronto, whose generosity made our move to 100 Wellesley Street possible. This is a most fitting day to welcome artists and their friends to our College, since Saint Joseph was himself a craftsman and woodworker.
This year, we benefit from a particularly exciting collaboration: the Artists’ Liturgy
will be celebrated at the Art Gallery of Ontario
, in conjunction with the opening of the new exhibit Revealing the Early Renaissance: Stories and Secrets in Florentine Art
Come and join us for this exciting event!
