On Saturday, April 14, Professors Gilles Mongeau, S.J. and Mary Rowell, C.S.J. will offer "That They May Have Life: A Workshop on the 'Pastoral Guidelines to Assist Students of Same-Sex Orientation of the Assembly of Catholic Bishops of Ontario.'" The workshop in the Windows on Ministry Continuous Learning Series will run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at Regis College.
"The Pastoral Guidelines to Assist Students" is a document prepared by a team of Catholic educators and approved by the Education Commission of the Assembly of Catholic Bishops of Ontario for use in Catholic schools. The workshop will help educators and chaplains understand the pastoral guidelines, and offer ways of implementing them in a faithful fashion.
