As part of the special events lineup for fall 2011, Jesuit Forum Director William Ryan, S.J. will speak on "Is the Secularism Thesis Dead?"
This lecture will be of interest to anyone following the debate about the role of religion in civil society in the 21st century.
Fr. Ryan is the acting Director of the Jesuit form and has a Phd in economics from Harvard University. He is the author of numerous publications, particularly on Catholic social teaching, globalization and interfaith dialogue.
The lecture will be held in classroom C, Regis College, 100 Wellesley Street West, on Thursday, November 24th at 7:30 pm.
