The Collection

DESCRIPTION

Regis College Library has a solid theological collection of about 98,000 volumes and is an excellent resource for classic Christian texts in their original languages and in translation. The collection is also strong in Christian spirituality (with a specialization in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius), Christian ethics, and Roman Catholic systematic and historical theology. The Library currently subscribes to about 250 journal titles. The collection includes a small number of videos and audio recordings which are housed behind the Circulation Counter.

Please consult our Collection Development Policy for further information.

As part of the University of Toronto Libraries (UTL) the Regis Library has access to the over 55,000 electronic resources to which UTL subscribes. A significant number of these are relevant for theological studies. Most registered UTL users can access these resources from any computer with an Internet connection. Alumni can subscribe to the Digital Library for Alumni. It includes over 100 journals relevant for theological study; most have full text for five or more years.
