Writing Clinic - Book an Appointment

Please Read Carefully

• You must be a Regis-registered student to use this service.
• Appointments are 25 or 50 minutes long.
• You must book by Thursday 8.30 p.m. for an appointment the following week (no exceptions).
• The appointment will be confirmed within three days via email.
• You can have a maximum of two outstanding bookings at a time.
• If you have had more than four 50-minute appointments in an academic session you may have to forego additional appointments depending on the demand for the tutors’ time.
• Cancellations are discouraged. You are expected to give a minimum of 24-hour notice for unavoidable cancellations. You must phone the Writing Clinic at 416-922-5474, ext. 400 AND send an email to tutorwriting.two.regis@utoronto.ca. Failure to give proper cancellation notice could block you from future use of the service.
